Why do a vast number of short sales fail?
Although there are several reasons why short sales fail, most can be grouped into two categories:
1) Real estate agent handling the seller's listing in unable to attract an offer and/or keep the buyer through negotiation of the contract.
2) Negotiator handling the file for the seller lacks the knowledge and/or experience to negotiate against the bank short sale departments.
